Mirror Polished Stainless Steel Plate combines austenitic 304 chemistry with a high-gloss mirror polished surface for reliable corrosion resistance and a premium decorative appearance. The reflective finish, flat surface and consistent dimensional accuracy make the plate suited to architectural cladding, decorative panels, elevator interiors, signage backdrops and premium kitchen equipment. 01 What is mirror polished stainless plate?
Mirror polished stainless plate (No.8 / 8K finish) is produced by successive grinding and buffing using progressively finer abrasives. The final surface is highly reflective with Ra < 0.1 μm.
02 What are typical applications?
Mirror plate is widely used for elevator panels, architectural cladding, decorative panels, kitchen and food service equipment, and signage.
03 What protection is applied for shipment?
PE / PVC laser film protects the polished face. Foam interleaving separates plates. Wooden crate packaging is standard for export.
04 What thicknesses are available?
Mirror polished plate is typically 0.5 - 6 mm. Heavier gauges can be supplied on request.
05 Can mirror plate be formed?
Mirror polish is a surface treatment. Formability follows the base grade. Heavy forming may distort the mirror finish.
