The absence of a weld seam delivers superior pressure-bearing capacity and fatigue resistance, making the pipe suited to oil and gas transmission, petrochemical plants, boiler systems, high-pressure fluid lines and structural service under demanding loads. Supplied to ASTM A53 / ASTM A106 / API 5L with mill test certification per EN 10204 3.1, it supports global procurement for critical service piping.

01 What is seamless carbon steel pipe?
Seamless carbon pipe is produced by piercing a solid billet at high temperature. It has no weld seam, providing uniform strength and superior pressure-bearing capability.
02 What is the difference between A106 and A53 seamless?
A106 seamless pipe is intended for high-temperature service; A53 seamless pipe is intended for general lower-temperature pressure and mechanical service.
03 Is seamless pipe suitable for high-pressure service?
Yes. Seamless pipe is preferred for high-pressure and high-temperature applications such as boiler, superheater and refinery service.
04 Can seamless pipe be hot-dip galvanized?
Yes. Hot-dip galvanizing to ASTM A53 is available. Internal galvanizing is generally not performed on seamless construction.
05 What end preparations are available?
Plain end, beveled end (30°), threaded and coupled, and grooved end preparations are available. Custom end prep can be arranged.
