Galvanized Regular Spangle Steel Plate combines low-carbon carbon steel with a continuous hot-dip zinc coating and visible regular spangle pattern for reliable corrosion protection and consistent dimensional control. 01 What is galvanized steel plate?
Galvanized steel plate is hot-dip zinc-coated steel plate offering corrosion resistance suitable for outdoor, marine and industrial exposure.
02 What zinc coating designations are available?
Common designations are Z60, Z90, Z120, Z180, Z275 (g/m² total both sides). Heavier coatings up to Z600 are available on request.
03 Can spangle pattern be specified?
Yes. Regular spangle, minimized spangle and zero spangle (galvannealed) finishes can be supplied.
04 What thickness range is available?
Standard thickness 0.4 - 6 mm. Heavier gauges up to 12 mm can be supplied as cut-to-length from coil.
05 Is chromate-free / RoHS-compliant finish available?
Yes. Trivalent chromate and chromate-free passivation options are available to meet RoHS, REACH and OEM environmental requirements.
