概要
316L Stainless Steel Seamless Pipe combines austenitic 316L chemistry with 16–18% chromium, 10–14% nickel and 2–3% molybdenum, plus reduced carbon content for reliable corrosion resistance and welded service compatibility. The low carbon content minimises carbide precipitation during welding, making the pipe suited to chemical processing, petrochemical plants, oil and gas service, pharmaceutical systems and food equipment. Supplied to ASTM A312 / ASME SA312 / EN 10216-5 with mill test certification per EN 10204 3.1, it supports global procurement for critical welded service piping.

01 Can 316L seamless pipe be supplied in custom lengths?
Yes. Standard supply length is 3 - 12 m. Cut-to-length supply according to project specification can be coordinated. Final feasibility depends on OD / WT combination and applicable standard.
02 What certificates can be provided?
EN 10204 3.1 Mill Test Certificate is provided as standard. EN 10204 3.2 (third-party witnessed), PMI reports and third-party inspection certificates (SGS, BV, TÜV) can be coordinated upon request.
03 What is the typical minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
The typical MOQ is 1 metric ton. For standard catalogue dimensions, smaller quantities can be considered based on available stock. Final MOQ is confirmed per enquiry.
04 Can the pipe be supplied according to EN or JIS standards?
Yes. In addition to ASTM A312 / ASME SA312, 316L seamless pipe can be supplied according to EN 10216-5 (European) and JIS G3459 (Japanese) where mill capability and project specification allow.
05 What information is required for quotation?
To obtain a quotation, please provide grade, standard, OD x WT x length, quantity, delivery condition, certificate type, destination and preferred Incoterm.
